Catts & Brooks, LLC is pleased to announce that attorney Todd C. Brooks is now a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. Mr. Brooks brings to each mediation his substantial experience representing individuals and entities, Plaintiffs and Defendants. His substantial experience in handling cases of every variety, from the most complex, multi-party litigation to the more direct everyday lawsuit, provides him a sound foundation from which to mediate your case.

Mediation Fees

Charges for Todd C. Brooks to act as mediator are as follows:

Hourly Rate:

$150.00 per hour, per party, for two parties

$125.00 per hour, per party, for three or more parties

There is a minimum of two hours required per mediation.

Travel

$100.00 per hour, plus expenses (food, lodging, etc.) at actual cost, and mileage at the federal rate

Additional Fees

We charge each party an initial, non-refundable administrative Case Management Fee of $75.00
For Pre-mediation reading, research, and review we will bill at the above hourly rate.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel mediations or reschedule them at any time, subject to availability. However, in the event of a mediation cancellation less than 48 hours before the session, the canceling party(ies) shall be responsible for a cancellation fee of $250 unless they reschedule the mediation. The client will still be responsible for the Case Management Fee and any costs for reading, research, and review regardless of whether they cancel or reschedule their session.
